BUSINESS CONSULTING
We advise our clients on their investments in private companies, on improving their business model and strategy. We also do business appraisals, and present opinions of business proposals. We assist our clients on mergers and acquisition matters related to their private equity investments and can serve as financial intermediaries in certain cases.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Through 57 West Capital Advisors, Inc., an affiliate company, and investment advisory company based in Austin, Texas we have provided portfolio management services since 1999. 57 West Capital Advisors, Inc. is specialized in equity portfolios based on publicly traded companies from different global markets; the company does its own independent research using its own proprietary research methodology developed over 25 years. CLOSED END INVESTMENT
57 West Capital Markets, Inc. creates pooled investment vehicles for specific investment purposes. In some cases, our separately managed account systems are not practical for investing in some public and nonpublic corners of the corporate universe. In these situations, 57 West Capital Markets Inc. participates by creating investment vehicles, which it believes are better suited for certain specific investor needs and interests.

We invest our own capital to expand our core services and pursue investment returns for our shareholders.
PRIVATE EQUITY:
57 West Capital Markets Inc. additionally uses its own capital to invest strategically along with clients it serves to expand its own core services, or to seek investment returns for its shareholders. Some current and past investments include:
- Victory Bank, a full-service bank based in Texas. Ownership .15%.
- Coral Capital LLC (Coral DeFi), a management company for closed end investment vehicles investing in Crypto investment strategies. Ownership .9%.
- Innovative Freezing Systems SAS, a company based in Ecuador that manufactures and leases freezing tunnels to customers in the food industry. Ownership 11%.
PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANIES:
The company and its affiliates also have equity positions in publicly traded companies, key positions are shown below:
- AMAT – Applied Materials, Inc. provides manufacturing equipment, services, and software to the semiconductor, display, and related industries. Customers include manufacturers of semiconductor wafers and chips, liquid crystal and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays, and other electronic devices.
- NVDA – NVIDIA Corp. is a leading developer of computing platforms that utilize its graphics processing units and software for various applications. Revenue by market platform: data center (78% of 2023 total), gaming (17%), professional visualization (3%), automotive (2%), and other (less than 1%)
- EWBC – East West Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for East West Bank, providing financial services to individuals and small to mid-size businesses (with an emphasis on the Chinese community). Has 120 branches worldwide, including in China and Singapore.
